If your symptoms aren’t listed above, then a telehealth visit may not be the right choice for you at this time. Some symptoms may be more severe; therefore Dr. St. Jacques may prefer to see your child in person. Instead, you should call our office to see if an appointment is available or determine if Dr. St. Jacques can or cannot see your child via telehealth.
If your child is experiencing health conditions such as chest pain, severe respiratory problems, head injury, severe abdominal pain or other serious health concerns, telehealth is not right for you.
If your child is having a serious health concern, please seek treatment at your nearest emergency department or call 911.
